At Promo Bulk Sales, we deal exclusively in liquidation, overstock, and bulk wholesale merchandise. Due to the inherent variability of this inventory type, all sales are generally considered final. However, we are fully committed to resolving legitimate issues in a fair and timely manner, consistent with the consumer protection standards of the State of Illinois, including the Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act (815 ILCS 505).
This policy applies to all orders placed through our platform, regardless of order size or destination.
Illinois Consumer Rights: Nothing in this policy limits or waives your statutory rights under Illinois law. If items received are materially misrepresented, you retain full rights to seek remedy as provided under Illinois consumer protection statutes.

- Wrong items shipped due to fulfillment error on our part
- Orders with significant missing items not disclosed at the time of purchase
- Items that arrive with undisclosed critical damage affecting their core function

- Perishable goods, food items, and groceries — under any circumstances
- Truckload orders, full pallets, and high-count mixed bulk lots
- Items where buyer dissatisfaction is based on resale value or individual unit condition within a disclosed mixed lot
- Orders where the 48-hour notification window has passed
- Items damaged after delivery due to improper handling by the buyer
Important: Per the disclosed nature of liquidation inventory, variability in individual item condition within a bulk lot does not constitute grounds for return under Illinois or federal commercial law.

How to Request a Return
To initiate a valid return request, follow these steps within 48 hours of confirmed delivery:
Document the Issue
Take clear, timestamped photos or video of the items in question, including outer packaging showing any transit damage. This evidence is required for claim processing.

Await Review & Approval

If a return is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions. Items must be returned in their received condition, securely packaged. Return shipping costs may apply unless the error was ours.
Refund Issued
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–21 business days.

All approved refunds are governed by the following conditions:
- Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at the time of purchase
- Partial refunds may be issued in cases where only a portion of an order is affected

Damaged or Missing Items
If your shipment arrives with visible damage or significant missing items, you must notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Failure to report within this window may forfeit your right to a claim.

- Our team will assess the claim and respond within 5–7 business days
- Resolutions may include a partial refund, replacement (subject to stock availability), or store credit at our discretion
