🔄 Return Eligibility
  • All sales are generally final due to the nature of liquidation and bulk merchandise.
  • We do not accept returns on perishable goods (food & groceries).
  • Truckload orders, high-count, and mixed bulk merchandise are non-returnable.
  • Returns are only considered if items received are materially different from their described condition.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if items are damaged or missing.
  • Include clear photos of the affected items and a written description of the issue.
  • Our team will review your claim and work toward a fair and prompt resolution.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing takes 7–21 business days after approval is granted.
