Refunds & Reversals
All approved refunds are subject to the terms of our Returns & Refunds Policy. The following conditions apply specifically to payment method refunds:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
- Refund processing time is 7–21 business days after the returned items are received and inspected
- For credit/debit card refunds, your card issuer may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the credit on your statement
- For Bitcoin (BTC) payments, refunds may be issued in USD equivalent via an alternate method if BTC price volatility or network constraints apply — your consent will always be obtained first
- Non-refundable items and applicable restocking conditions are detailed in our separate Returns Policy
Card Refunds: Credit and debit card refunds are processed automatically back to the originating card once approved. You do not need to take any additional steps.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
We take all payment disputes seriously and are committed to resolving them fairly. Before initiating any dispute, please contact our support team directly.
- For Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, and Chime — these platforms do not support traditional chargebacks. All disputes must be handled directly with Promo Bulk Sales
- For Bitcoin transactions — all sales are final once the blockchain confirms the transfer. No reversals are possible on the blockchain
- For credit/debit card payments — chargebacks must only be filed after contacting us first. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination and legal action
- If you believe a payment error has occurred, contact us immediately with your order number and transaction ID
Important: Filing a chargeback without prior communication will be treated as a breach of our Terms & Conditions and may result in your account being suspended pending investigation.
