By accessing our website, browsing our catalog, or placing an order with Promo Bulk Sales ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services or place any orders.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Promo Bulk Sales regarding your use of our platform and supersede any prior communications, representations, or agreements.

Promo Bulk Sales is a bulk liquidation and wholesale merchandise company based in Chicago, Illinois. We specialize in the sale of overstock, returned, and liquidation goods, including but not limited to general merchandise, consumer electronics, household items, clothing, and non-perishable goods, sold in bulk quantities, truckloads, and pallets.

All inventory is sold in its current condition as described in each listing. Due to the nature of liquidation merchandise, item conditions may range from new and shelf-ready to customer-returned and salvage.

To place an order with Promo Bulk Sales, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• Provide accurate, complete, and current billing, shipping, and account information
• Not be purchasing for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion if eligibility requirements are not met.

All product listings are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible. However, due to the nature of liquidation inventory:

• Lot contents and item quantities may vary slightly from the listed manifest
• Product images are representative and may not reflect exact items in each lot
• Condition grades (New, Like New, Returns, Salvage) are assigned based on general assessment and are not guaranteed at the per-unit level
• We do not guarantee the resale value, functionality, or completeness of individual items within a bulk lot

All prices listed on our platform are in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice. Final pricing including applicable shipping fees will be confirmed at checkout before payment is completed.

• Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement
• We accept all major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout
• Orders will not be processed or shipped until full payment is received and confirmed
• We reserve the right to cancel any order where pricing errors have occurred due to technical issues
• Applicable taxes, customs duties, and import fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer

Once payment is successfully confirmed, orders are processed within 3–5 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email once processing has begun. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

• Processing time may vary based on order size, volume, and logistics scheduling
• We reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be fulfilled due to inventory availability
• In the event of a cancellation initiated by us, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method

All bulk and pallet shipments are handled through our trusted third-party logistics partners. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

• Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days after dispatch
• International Shipping: 7–21 business days, subject to customs clearance
• Shipping Fee: A flat fee of $200 applies to orders under $2,500; orders of $2,500 or more qualify for free shipping
• A tracking number will be emailed to you and made available in your account dashboard once your order ships
• Delivery is confirmed via signed receipt, timestamped photos, and/or GPS verification provided by our logistics partners

Due to the nature of liquidation and bulk merchandise, all sales are generally final. Returns and refunds are subject to the following conditions:

• Returns are only accepted if the received items are materially and significantly different from what was described in the listing
• Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery
• Perishable goods, food items, and groceries are non-returnable under any circumstances
• Truckload orders, high-count lots, and mixed bulk merchandise are non-returnable
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–21 business days of approval

If your shipment arrives damaged or with significantly missing items, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for resolution.

To file a valid claim, please contact us and include:

• Clear, timestamped photos of the damaged or missing items
• Your order number and a written description of the issue
• Photos of the outer packaging showing any visible transit damage

Our team will review all submitted documentation and respond within 5–7 business days with a proposed resolution. Resolutions may include partial refunds, replacements (subject to availability), or store credits at our discretion.

Promo Bulk Sales provides its products and services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, as to the merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of any product listing.

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services
• Our total liability to any customer shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in dispute
• We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damage caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, or force majeure events
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our website or platform

All content on the Promo Bulk Sales website — including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, product descriptions, and design elements — is the exclusive property of Promo Bulk Sales or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent
• Unauthorized use of our trademarks, branding, or content is strictly prohibited
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our platform for personal or business purchasing purposes only

We are committed to protecting your personal information. By using our platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• We collect only the data necessary to process and fulfill your orders
• We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes
• Your payment information is processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment processors
• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us directly

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

• Any disputes arising from these Terms or your orders must first be raised with our support team, allowing us a reasonable opportunity to resolve them
• Disputes filed with third-party payment providers or chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in account suspension and delayed resolution
• If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cook County, Illinois
• Any claims must be brought within 90 days of the event giving rise to the claim

Promo Bulk Sales reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our platform or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
